You Tube No.09 - Complete Sooty Videos Listings Be aware this is a LONG POST full of stats and figures but its all about Sooty. Because of the likely uptake of internet traffic we will get because of the free sooty DVD voucher offer in Saturday's Daily Mirror (REMEMBER TO GET IT!!!), we are now listing all 57 sooty related videos to let newer visitors keep up there new or recently found love for our childhood hero. But here is no.09 in our You Tube posts and when we went monthly, you see alot more viewers to each of these clips. Since the launch of 'The Sooty You-Tube Channel' three months ago we have a total of 14037 hits for all videos which if you turn that into possible sell figures for a possible DVD release if you take in- count that you tube could be a small part of that final figure, it would make a good reason to release a Sooty DVD as plenty of people would buy the release. Now talking about the chart. We have rested all Videos will some Sooty relation and now we only count videos that is 100% about Sooty in some way. But those videos we have rested you can find on the channel (and later in this special post). With alot of resting vid clips, we then get alot of new entries and one re-entry. Leaving the Top 20 are "Sooty Songs - The Band Plays On" and "CITV Intro to Sooty Heights - Water, Water Everywhere". Finally breaking into the top 20 is "Sooty's Magical Moments" which got enough views to ranked higher than other clips. Plus the very sweet "Sweep from 'The Sooty Show' as Stevie Wonder" climb to no.18 and the highest new clip is actually a re-entry as "Sooty Clip Reel - Playing Cowboys and Indians" now has over 400 views. Now with our Top 20 in total has 9983 views all together and you must have 230+ views to just get a 'no.20' position, you have to be impressed of the two videos that enter straight in the top 20. "Sooty Songs - The Battle of the Drums" and "Sooty Songs - Oh! What A Day" both get 269 and 258 views respectfully. Long running clips are sadly falling in the chart while four clips refused to die. "Sooty and Sweep on Mad For It" falls 4 places and it looks likely it will leave the chart after three months which is very sad. "Sooty, Sweep and Soo on Zippy & George Puppet Legends" falls a massive 7 places and its future in the chart is also uncertain. To note "Goggle Watch Feature" has some life in it because there are still people watching it. "So Graham Norton with Sooty, Sweep, Soo, Richard Cadell", "Rare Sooty & Co Series 6 Advert" and "Sooty & Co Advert" all whole its spots while "Sooty Clip Reel - Battle of the Drums [Hidden Talent]" will forever be at number one with 3400+ views. Our first Sooty video on the channel was "Rare Sooty & Co Series 6 Advert". And big climbs for "Harry Hill on Sooty and Co" which looks to be staying at number two for some time. So In No.08 there has been big changes since Week 7. There's ten new videos added bringing our total to over 40 for all Sooty fans here to enjoy. Three new entries have entered the top 20. The highest is number 8 (Harry Hill on Sooty and Co) and two that just manage to enter the chart (Sooty Songs The Band Plays On and Sooty & Co Outtakes). But when you look at the top 20 it's the longest running videos moving down the chart you do tend to notice. With Mad For It' falling 6 places and other long runners like 100 Greatest, Goggle Watch and So Graham Norton' taking large steps down the chart. But what goes down means clips so up the chart. Huge climbers can be seen via the oldest Sooty Songs Junk is Funky and Everything's a Bargain'. With our upcoming 'Best Sooty Song Vote' Coming Soon, expect more Sooty Song videos to start climbing the chart. And the top 3 in our chart seems for now to be locked in until another popular Sooty video changes them. So the 'Sooty & Sweep Theme Game on Fun House returns to the top of the chart with 59 viewers in the past week. So after five and six weeks, alot of the original videos are still in the top 10 list. The 'Rare Sooty & Co Series 6 Advert' re-enters the top 10. Five videos climb in the Top 10 with the biggest being 'So Graham Norton with Sooty, Sweep, Soo, Richard Cadell' after staying at no.08 for the last two weeks. Now there's two more clips which pass the 100 views mark. The highest new entry is a Sooty & Sweep guest stared episode of Chums which enters at no.12 with 47 views. Another more than double viewers for "Sooty & Sweep on 100 Greatest Kids Shows" the first of two video clips to climb 3 places with the other being "Behind The Scenes of Sooty & Co". Both of are adverts stick in there same slots they had last week. "Sooty & Co Advert" which had some quick mayhem with Sooty, Sweep and Matthew Corbett gain 27 viewers and "Rare Sooty & Co Series 6 Advert" gain 24. In every chart there has to be fallers and we have five, with two falling out of the chart all together. "Sooty, Sweep and Soo on Zippy & George Puppet Legends" (gain 23 viewers), "Goggle Watch Feature" (gain 15) fell 2 and 3 places together. The biggest faller in the Top 10 is "Sooty and Sweep on Mad For It" which fell 5 places and only gain 11 viewers.
